More goodness from Google.

If you create a Google Spreadsheet, you can send out a form, in e-mail that when people fill it out will automatically populate your spreadsheet.

It'll be even cooler when you can save that form as, or embed it in a web page but for now it's still more cool stuff from Google.

To make it work, create your spreadsheet (ideally with headers in the top row for the data you want to collect) and then click "share." You will have the "forms" option there. Then you can do some basic customization on the fields and send it off.
